Refund & Membership Policy

1. Course Enrolment – Cancellation & Refunds
1.1 Cooling-off period: Students may cancel their enrolment within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
1.2 After access to materials: Once access to the learning platform (Moodle) and/or Book of Knowledge materials has been granted, course fees are non-refundable.
1.3 Administrative fees: EACTP reserves the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee from any granted refund.
1.4 Exceptional circumstances: In cases of serious illness or financial hardship, EACTP may, at its discretion, offer a partial credit or transfer.
 
2. Transfers and Deferrals
Students may request to defer participation for up to 12 months, subject to EACTP approval.
 
3. Membership Renewal & “Holiday”
3.1 Standard Renewal: Membership is renewed annually.
3.2 Membership Pause: Members may request a 12-month “membership holiday” in exceptional circumstances. Benefits will be suspended during this period.
 
4. Discretion
EACTP reserves the right to apply discretion in exceptional cases to ensure fair outcomes.
